We are delighted to be able to offer our services as event supervisors for the items we provide.

Our staff members can be there to supervise equipment supplied ourselves or third party companies (Providing full training is given), crown control, Bursary roles, safety supervision and much much more but please note our staff cannot be responsible for more than 1 task at a time.

How Do I book staff only?

Simply give us a call on the number listed above or peak inside our diary right here on the website.

Our website now has a fully integrated diary system which allows you to take a look inside our diary and see if the entertainment you fancy is available. If your selected item/items are available you can book online 24/7. To Book online or send an enquiry, Simply click on the big red or green buttons at the base of each description named"Book Online" or"Check Availability"

For multiple item bookings, simply select the book online button and you will be presented with an option to book further items with ease or for larger events, Please feel free to complete our Multiple Hire & Large Events Booking Form where you can provide more detailed information, arrange a site meeting or upload an organisation purchase order.

How Do I book staff within a package?

Or In order to take advantage of our event staff, Please choose the item you require from the relevant section of the website. Select the "Book Online" and select extra staff from the list of available extras.

For multiple item bookings, simply select the book online button and you will be presented with an option to book further items with ease or for larger events, Please feel free to complete our Multiple Hire & Large Events Booking Form where you can provide more detailed information, arrange a site meeting or upload an organisation purchase order.

Please be aware that all bookings are subject to a minimum booking fee. These fees are as follows:

  • Minimum Booking fee (Excluding delivery & extra's) between 1st November to 31st March is £69
  • Minimum Booking fee (Excluding delivery & extra's) between 1st April to 31st October is £120
  • Some delivery postcodes also attract a different minimum booking fee all year round (shown at the time of booking)
  • Please be aware that your booking may be rejected if it does not meet our minimum booking requirement.

Please Note: All our inflatables attractions require 2 supervisors to be present at all times to ensure maximum safety.

This staff can be provided by ourselves, yourselves or a mixture of both. Please note that our staff are in place to supervise the equipment only. Our staff are not babysitters and are in no way responsible for the organisation, safety and wellbeing of the participants or their property.

In some cases an operator is required by law or we feel passing the responsibility of supervision onto the hiree is not acceptable and as such we will staff the equipment for you. This will be indicated in the main headings by the words - Includes STAFF.

REMEMBER: Although most of the entertainment on our website does not require our staff members, they still do require adult supervision at all times, most inflatable items require 2 members of staff at all times. This does not have to be one of our staff members but please ensure a supervisor is available at all time for maximum safety & maximum fun.

Please let us know if you require a specific dress code and we will try to accommodate your request.

Please bear in mind staffing does come with its own inherent reliability issues. When booking our event staff, please ensure our staff is a luxury and not a necessity & NOT the only staff on the day. Our contracted in event staff is merely an extra to facilitate your own staff. In the event that our own staff are unwell or unable to attend the event for any reason, No compensation will be offered or awarded for lack of attendance other than a refund of that particular staffing fee paid.
